SEO Growth Strategy for Real Estate Brand – UglyHomes.com

When I partnered with UglyHomes.com, a real estate platform with bold branding and big goals, they were looking to dramatically increase their online visibility and drive qualified traffic that would convert into real leads and property sales. The market was saturated, and the competition fierce — but that’s where smart strategy and deep SEO expertise come in.

The first phase of the project began with a comprehensive SEO audit. Using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console, my team and I identified critical technical SEO issues that were holding back the site’s rankings. We tackled everything from broken links and crawl errors to sluggish site speed and poor mobile responsiveness. Simultaneously, we refined the site’s structure and ensured each key page was properly optimized with targeted meta tags, internal links, and schema markup.

We didn’t stop there. Content was king, and I led a team of 83 digital marketing professionals to build and execute a tailored content strategy.
